OBIEE Lead/Principal Consultant

The ideal candidate will demonstrate expert level knowledge around OBIEE and associated technologies.
The responsibilities for this role include:
- Provide technical direction and leadership to design and implement enterprise BI, Analytics and performance management solutions in a complex enterprise environment
- Hands on experience with OBIEE configuration for custom and BI Apps implementations, DAC and ETL processes
- Ability to troubleshoot client’s OBIEE instances and quickly solve multi-layered problems
- Must be able to pass the proctored OBIEE certification exam
- Conduct project planning and work estimates with project manager
- Responsibility for development, support & enhancements of OBIEE Applications
- Build thought leadership in the Oracle Business Intelligence stream.
- Lead and orchestrate Specialized Solutions using OBIEE
- Develop BI roadmap and strategy suiting organizations of various sizes and industries
- Educate and prepare business towards Business Intelligence initiatives
- Design innovative BI architecture supporting operational, tactical and strategic business needs
- Generate whitepapers, new IP, re-usable components to improve top and bottom line
- Manage OBI pre-sales from the practice perspective
- Through understanding of partner ecosystems and technology adapters in putting together enterprise BI
Qualifications and Experience:
- Four year college degree; MBA preferred
- Prior experience with major technology vendors in a client facing delivery role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Tech and Internet savvy
- Strong familiarity with smart phones and mobile computing devices

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation for this role is a base annual salary of six figures combined with a generous commissions plan based on the billing generated from the portfolio of services delivered.
