We are looking for someone with poise and a high level of professionalism to act as executive ambassador and interface with high profile prospects, spearhead sales efforts and collaborate with the CEO and other executives.

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about Oracle’s products and how Oracle goes to market across various market segments. In addition, this person must be familiar with the Oracle Sales organizations and can leverage their technical and organizational knowledge to bring several million dollars worth of deals to Versa Shore.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities for this role include:
- Work with Versa Shore executive to develop all three lines of business
- BI Consulting
- Staffing
- Oracle Reselling
- Develop, manage and close a sales pipeline for Versa Shore 80% of the time
- Oversee the telemarketing operations 20% of the time. Assist in identifying, hiring and managing telemarketing talent globally.
- Work with potential clients and navigate highly matrixed environments and complex sales processes with multiple influencers
- Identifying licensing, consulting and staffing opportunities across western US and working closely with Oracle Sales teams to close them
- Proactively assisting Oracle sales team by positioning VS as their “go to” BI partner for POCs/demos and any technical sales related assistance
- This is a strategic sales role and requires the candidate to demonstrate street smarts and technical savvy to help Versa Shore close several concurrent deals
- The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively with the BI Apps and reseller channel teams to build a BI Consulting sales pipeline and then leverage Versa Shore resources to help close and deliver on these opportunities.
- Assist in calendaring marketing events in conjunction with Oracle marketing and work with Versa Shore marketing to plan seminars/webinars to increase market outreach.
- The ideal candidate will assist in the following activities as well
- Oracle focused road shows to increase the buzz and get prospects to attend these events
- Direct marketing events for our customers and Oracle sales teams –EMO, strategic, tech, field teams in each region and drive a higher awareness of Versa Shore’s successes in the field and how to work better with Versa Shore
- Assist Versa Shore’s marketing department on developing go to market campaigns and provide specific technical content to increase the market awareness and increase campaign effectiveness
- Represent Versa Shore in at events such as Oracle Open World, OAUG, and other trade shows
- Help manage the Oracle and customer facing image of Versa Shore and enhance it to ensure tremendous success in the field
Qualifications and Experience:
- Four year college degree; MBA preferred
- Prior experience with major technology vendors in a client facing sales role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Tech and Internet savvy
- Strong familiarity with smart phones and mobile computing devices.
- Proven track record of success with Oracle sales and the ability to manage multiple sales cycles

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation for this role is a base annual salary of five figures combined with a generous commissions plan based on the profit generated from the portfolio of services delivered.
