Telemarketer Job Description

Location: Campbell, CA
Job Status: FULL TIME

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a highly skilled telemarketer who can help bolster our prospecting efforts and produce leads. You must be able to relay ideas clearly and concisely over the phone and feel comfortable speaking to people at all levels in an organization in a professional manner.

Strong skills in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com, etc. are required.  Ability to make phone calls (cold calling) and recite from a script while maintaining composure, natural tones, and the ability to schedule meetings for our sales team are required skills.

The candidate must have the ability to translate the benefits of technology into real world business situations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to understand complex Oracle technologies and sell via phone
  • Ability to talk clearly and precisely on the phone
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2-5 years prior business experience
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Experience in Data Entry
  • Native fluency in English
  • Ability to complete research and compile information for presentations, reports or projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to answer phones, take messages, and/or redirect callers, screen calls and respond to moderately complex inquiries from all levels of employees or external sources
  • Capability of participating in proactive team efforts to achieve company goals
