Shawn Rao, CEO and Founder

Shawn founded Versa Shore Inc. in 2003 and is the CEO of the company. Shawn has over 15 years of experience in technology sales, management, and delivery. He has led the delivery of several CRM and BI projects across different industries such as Financial Services, Consulting, High Technology, Consumer Electronics, Pharmaceuticals and Telecommunications.

Shawn has developed business with high profile clients such as Logitech, Polycom, Hewlett Packard, Agilent, Fujitsu-Siemens, TIAA-CREF, Sony and Cisco. Shawn has significant expertise in developing enterprise data warehouse solutions to meet complex reporting needs of large global conglomerates based on leading platforms such as OBIEE and migrating reporting from legacy tools such as Business Objects, Brio, Cognos and others.

Prior to founding Versa Shore, Shawn was with BearingPoint and Tier1 Innovation. Shawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Pune, India and an MBA from University of North Carolina.

Mandy Dhaliwal

Mandy provides Sales and Marketing expertise to Versa Shore. She is a technology marketing professional with deep experience in all aspects of global marketing management. To date, Mandy has held key marketing roles at high technology companies in the telecommunications, data storage and services industries. She brings proven success in acquiring new business, taking products to market and developing strategic relationships with industry leaders.

During the course of her career, Mandy has orchestrated multi-channel marketing and distribution strategies with technology icons such as Dell, EMC, IBM, Microsoft, Network Appliance, Hewlett Packard, Oracle and Sun Microsystems.

Mandy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and an MBA in Technology Management from Pepperdine University.

Bruce Hobbs, Chief Architect

Bruce has over 25 years of data warehousing experience in his long and rich career. He has spend several years consulting with IBM, the California State University and others. His speciality is data warehouse design, OBIEE, Hyperion and system architecture for high scalability/availability.

Bruce has a strong history of successful data warehousing projects at clients like Logitech, Cisco, Polycom and Department of Education. Bruce has a BA in Mathematics from San Jose State University as well as a MA in Mathematics Education from Florida State University.

Donald C. Lightbody

Don is an experienced financial executive and CFO with over 30 years of successful and practical management of finance, accounting, information technology, human resources and administration for privately held companies. As a past business owner/executive, he’s been actively involved in operations, business acquisitions, quality systems and technology. He is now an active partner with B2B CFO Partners, LLC, providing CFO assistance and advisory services to small, growing to mid-sized private companies. Don works directly with business owners in a variety of industries and, as a result, has an independent and broad perspective to offer.

At Versa Shore, Don brings his business experience and financial knowledge to assist the company in all aspects of accounting, finance, planning, analysis and business strategy as an integral member of Versa Shore’s advisory and support team.

John E. Berg

John Berg is Chair at Vistage International, the world’s leading CEO organization. He leads a CEO Advisory Board, which increases the corporate effectiveness and enhances the lives of Chief Executives. As a member of Vistage, Versa Shore is able to call upon the knowledge and wisdom of more than 14,000 CEO’s and business owners in 16 countries. As Vistage Chair, John is specifically assisting Versa Shore achieve its world-wide growth strategy. As a former C-level executive and a current business owner, John has been involved in product development, sales and marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property development.

John earned a Masters of Science degree in Management from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, where he was a Sloan Fellow, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

David S. Howard

Dave Howard, dual licensed as a CPA and attorney for nearly 40 years, recently returned to the practice of law after completing a 20+ year career as a Tax Partner with Deloitte Tax LLP. Before reaching the mandatory retirement age at Deloitte, he developed tax strategies for large multinational corporations, Silicon Valley start-up companies, family companies, corporate executives and wealthy individuals. Mr. Howard has taught extensively, including for the California CPA Society, NYU Tax Institute, San Jose State University Graduate School of Business (Master of Taxation program), and University of California, Santa Barbara (tax and business law). He is a frequent speaker at tax and estate planning conferences for various professional organizations.

Mr. Howard works as part of the Versa Shore team of professional advisors to coordinate efforts, provide a creative boost, minimize duplication of effort, and control fees and costs helping lead Versa Shore in its success.

Keith Conte

Keith brings a well-rounded finance and IT consulting background to Versa Shore. He has spent over 15 years working with a broad mix of organizations (from small privately held companies to large multi-nationals) where he has been instrumental in developing results oriented solutions to solve business problems with emerging ERP, CRM and Data warehouse/BI technologies.

Keith has a successful track record at Logitech, KLA-Tencor and KPMG Peat Marwick among others. In addition to being a CPA, Keith holds an MBA and a Masters in International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh.
